When you book through FlyJourney, your reservation is fulfilled by our third-party supplier partners. Cancellation rules depend on fare type, the supplier, and timing relative to departure.

Modifications may be possible subject to availability and fare rules. A change fee may apply plus any fare difference. Contact us as early as possible for changes.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to your bank's processing time.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If a flight is cancelled by the airline, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or rebooking per the supplier's policy. FlyJourney is not responsible for airline-initiated cancellations.
